Two repos, both private: a brainstorming repo under one member’s account (ideas, decisions, meeting notes, a folder per deliverable) and the official submission repo in the course organization, where every deliverable is pushed from its numbered folder.

Smart Urban Living, a Smart Urban Apartment Package for multifamily rentals, studied with a choice-based conjoint among renters. The product statement, the attributes and levels, the research questions, the market and the decision log live on the project page.
Who owns what
Owners are TBD until the team assigns them at the next sync (activity S06). One owner and one backup per deliverable; every member submits at least once.

Contribution log
Feeds the Attribution section of every deliverable. One line per meaningful contribution; the course is explicit that unequal contributions do not earn equal grades.
